Mass Effect: Legendary Edition

If there is one RPG worth replaying, and trust me there are many, it definitely would be the MASS EFFECT Trilogy, with ALL DLC’s. Now I love a lot of RPG’s , you know my love for Final Fantasy is undying. But there is something truly special about this Trilogy.

Yes it is 3 games. Yes its one overacting story, yes you have to play it from the beginning. YES, YES, YES!

Can you see tell how enthusiastic I am for this game? If you love sci-fi, this game is for you. If you love RPG’s this one is for you. If you like making decisions that will impact interactions with characters and events down the line, then yes this is for you.

Those are just a few of the things that make Mass Effect so special and dear to the gaming world. From spending an hour in character creation , yeah thats my usual lol. Deciding if you want to be a Paragon (good) or Renegade (best) person. It’s really up to you. Some characters will or may not see eye to with you, creating a different take on the story, with some having lasting effects through each chapter right through the final ending. Your journey as Shepard, is honestly so memorable, that nearly a decade since release, this game holds that much weight in any gamers heart. Now the first one maybe a lil rough to get through gameplay wise, hey its been 10 years, it was rough then, but the leaps and bounds that the second game made when it came to UI, controls, and overall storytelling, seriously makes this a must play for those who have never experienced it.

If you went and played Mass Effect: Andromeda and was meh about it, I don’t blame you. That game wasn’t anything near or close to what the trilogy brought to the table. It was a pretty game yes, but thats about it.

I seriously urge anyone who is in need for a new game to play, to pick up Mass Effect: Legendary Editon. I promise you will understand why that title was chosen and why it is worthy of being called Legendary. Truly a hallmark of gaming, storytelling, and immersion that has yet to be rivaled with in the sci fi realm of RPG’s.

Shocking moments to lovable interactions, to decisions that will have you really thinking about life itself, this game has it all. The fact that you get 3 games, countless DLC content that at the time of release, cost well over hundreds of dollars, all for $60 bucks now? So I am here ready to play through yet again. All the feels, all the fun. Ready to set out and see where my decisions and interactions will take me this time. Not even a nostalgia thing, it is truly a memorable experience that changes with each play through.

So do yourself a favor, if you advent already, and go buy this, enjoy it, trust me you wont regret it. Unless scifi isn’t your thing, but then again maybe this will the game to change your mind. A great story is a great story and this is definitely up there with all time best stories ever told.
